Our Services

Six NDIS Services. One Provider You Can Count On.

Every service we offer is built around one idea: support should fit your life, not the other way around. Whether you need help at home, in the community, or with building new skills, we match you with a worker who suits you and stay involved from day one.

Daily Living Support

Home is where most of life happens. Daily Living Support is for participants who need a hand with the practical side of getting through the day, whether that is personal care in the morning, preparing a meal, keeping the house in order, or staying on top of medication. Support is provided at the times you need it, by a worker who understands your routines and respects how you prefer to do things.

This service suits participants who want to stay at home comfortably and independently, as well as families who want reliable, consistent support in place for their loved one.

  • Personal care and morning or evening routines
  • Meal planning, grocery coordination, and cooking
  • Household tasks including cleaning, laundry, and tidying
  • Medication reminders and prompting health appointments

Community Participation

Getting out and being part of things matters, and it should not be complicated to do. Community Participation support means having someone alongside you to attend events, try new activities, visit places you enjoy, or simply spend time with other people. The activity is yours to choose. Our role is to make it accessible and comfortable.

This service is for participants who want more connection in their lives, whether that is getting back to something they used to do or trying something new altogether. It is also useful for families wanting to know their loved one has meaningful social contact.

  • Attending community events, markets, and local activities
  • Sport, recreation, and hobby-based outings
  • Volunteering and group programmes
  • Social visits and building friendships at your own pace

Respite Care

Caring for a family member is demanding work, and taking time away should not feel like something you have to justify. Respite Care provides structured, planned support for participants so that their primary carers can step back, recharge, and attend to other parts of their lives, confident that their loved one is with a worker they know and trust.

For participants, respite is also an opportunity to spend time with someone new, do something different, and have their own routine for a while. For families, it is consistent communication and a worker who has been personally matched, not just assigned.

  • In-home and community-based respite options
  • Flexible scheduling including weekends and public holidays
  • Workers screened, vetted, and matched to your family
  • Regular check-ins and updates so you stay informed

Skill Development

Most people want to be able to do more for themselves over time, not less. Skill Development support is focused on building the practical capabilities that make everyday life more manageable: things like cooking, using public transport, handling money, communicating in different situations, or working toward a personal goal. Support is structured around what you want to work on, at a pace that suits you.

This service suits participants who have capacity goals in their NDIS plan and want structured, consistent support to work toward them. Families often find it useful when they want to see their loved one build confidence and take on more over time.

  • Practical life skills: cooking, cleaning, shopping, and daily routines
  • Communication and social skills in everyday settings
  • Money handling, budgeting, and understanding costs
  • Goal setting and working toward meaningful milestones

Transport Assistance

Missing appointments or sitting out on activities because transport is too hard is a problem we can help solve. Transport Assistance covers accompanied travel to the places that matter: health appointments, therapy, social events, shopping, and anything else in your plan. If building confidence with public transport is a goal, we can support that too.

This service is for participants who cannot drive or travel independently, who need someone with them for safety or confidence, or who are working toward using public transport on their own.

  • Medical, therapy, and health-related appointments
  • Shopping, errands, and day-to-day tasks
  • Community activities and social outings
  • Accompanied travel and public transport training

Whether it is a late-night question, an early-morning shift change, or a weekend concern, someone who knows the situation will respond.

This service is for participants who want the reassurance of continuous access to their provider, and for families who need to know help is reachable outside business hours. It complements every other service we deliver.

  • On-call line answered around the clock, every day of the year
  • Coordinated response for shift changes, cancellations, and urgent needs
  • Direct access to someone who knows your support plan
