Professional Support Services & Solutions was founded on one belief: every participant deserves support that is reliable, personalised, and genuinely responsive. We built this provider to deliver exactly that, from the first conversation through to ongoing support.
We are an NDIS service provider accepting self-managed and plan-managed participants. Our services cover Daily Living Support, Community Participation, Respite Care, Skill Development, and Transport Assistance. What matters to us is not just the list of services. It is how we deliver them: with personal accountability at every step, from the director down.
Built to Close the Gap Between Funding and Genuine Support
Professional Support Services & Solutions was established because too many NDIS participants were receiving a service that looked right on paper but did not work in practice. Plans were being managed. Hours were being logged. But the day-to-day reality, the right worker at the right time, doing the right thing, was falling through the cracks.
The business was built to address that. Smaller by design, so every participant is known by name and every worker is selected for the person they will support, not the shift they will fill. Personally accountable, so when something needs to be addressed, the response comes from someone who knows the situation. Locally focused on Canberra, ACT, so support is delivered by people who understand the community they work in.
