Too many NDIS participants have experienced the same thing: a support worker who shows up late, a care plan lifted from a template, a provider who is easy to reach during sign-up and hard to reach after. Professional Support Services & Solutions was founded because that experience is not good enough.
We are a registered NDIS provider accepting all plan types, including self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed. Our services cover Daily Living Support, Community Participation, Respite Care, Plan Management, Skill Development, and Transport Assistance. What sets us apart is not the list of services. It is how we deliver them: with personal accountability at every step, from the director down.

Cheni Norbu: Hands-On From Day One
Cheni Norbu founded Professional Support Services & Solutions after seeing how often the disability support system let people down, not because of bad intentions, but because of scale. Large providers stretched too thin. Participants processed rather than supported. Families left in the dark.
Cheni's answer was to build something smaller, tighter, and personally accountable. As director, Cheni personally selects every support worker, personally oversees every participant relationship, and remains directly accessible to participants and their families. When something needs to be addressed, you are not waiting for a call centre. You are talking to the person in charge.
